I absolutely do not recommend this dealership. I bought a “certified” used car . In less than a year, I found out the battery was bad, 1 belt broken on the front right tire!! Please keep driving by to another dealer. If you love and respect Fords, there are other dealerships you can deal with. If I could give less than one star,I would!!
We had a terrific experience purchasing our used pickup. We traveled from a distance and our salesman Alex, was incredibly helpful with additional pictures and information. We made the trip and everything went flawlessly. I had a couple questions after we got home and they were just as responsive as ever. Very impressed with everyone we dealt with. 5 Stars!
Just bought a car from these guys, Mike and Bryce. It was a great experience. They are very transparent and made the whole thing easy and painless. I wasted a bunch of time going to other dealers and I wish I started with Hastings. Just go talk to them first and make your life easier!
I love my 2005 Ford Taurus that I bought used three years ago! The whole place gives great service from the sales team to the finance department to the service department. I'm glad I walked in.

We have purchased a number of cars from Hastings Ford. Doug Erickson, the owner is a solid guy who really works to make sure that you are happy with your car. Some 20 years ago we were unlucky to get a lemon so he got the factory involved and we got taken care of. In the service department we have found reliable work that they stand behind at a price that rivals the corner repair shop. Plus we have come to really like Ford products.
I inquired on a vehicle I was interested in through CarGurus website. The next morning Gary had replied to my inquiry and was more than willing to help get the info I needed. Living 2 hours away I wanted everything lined up financially (monthly payment, loan total, etc). Gary and the team were able to get all that squared away before I came to look at the vehicle. I liked what I say and drove away a happy customer!
