RecommendedGood salespeople, good service, for the most part. As I was about to leave last time, I asked the advisor if he could please have the tech come out and show me how to access the rear brake bulb compart, as the adviser had forgotten to include that on the work order. ( no biggie there ) While waiting for the tech to come out, I figured it out MYSELF. Tech never came out at all, which make me wonder about his commitment to good customer service. I'm happy with Hastings Ford in general.

Was extremely happy! Love they have a play area for the little ones�. We were treated with upfront honesty. They worked with us and helped us get a car for the oldest to take to school!
After months of having humming coming from my car and another automotive shop in town charge from me $700 that didn’t resolve the noise, hastings Ford came through for me! They replaced the right piece and it was half (no joke) the cost of what the other automotive shop charged me! The front desk guys were very kind and empathetic to my frustration! Mechanics did a good job diagnosing and resolving the issue! Finished the work very promptly!
Everyone there are friendly and helpful. It was a joy to take the time to order a new truck. From start to finish we went through everything and put on the truck what I wanted. Joe and Bruce were great to work with.
Great sales team who bends over backwards to help you out.
Had to buy an extra key. Original key was supposed to have battery replacement. It doesn’t even work within 6 weeks. No emergency key in the new fob. Asked about it, they said they didn’t give me the $5 emergency key to help me save money. Offered to get me the EM key for a fee after I had bought it. Don’t let the Christian music on the sales floor fool you. Wolf in sheep’s clothing. Shame on you! Buyer beware!
