This company is the worst I’ve dealt with for service, called to setup a appointment for warranty repairs and a oil change, 4 weeks out to get a appointment with a loner car. Tried today to just get a oil change and after 3 calls they could never get ahold of the appointment person. I bought the car new here and won’t even use my free oil change, the hassle of trying to get a appointment isn’t worth it. On a second note the Hastings Chrysler dealer is the same way.
