Very effective treatment for a painful shoulder by Stuart. He was able to quickly pinpoint the cause along with providing a very detailed explanation of the issue whuch I could understand. Advising on suitable exercises, posture alterations and an effective massage managed to alleviate the pain completely. Have thrown away the painkillers and deep heat gels🙂
