I’m disabled. So… Used couple times for quick wash which were great. Left with them for full clean. Needed a clean inside & out this time. When collected bonnet still has sap spots, cobwebs on mirrors, inside of 2 doors still dirty and found dirt on carpets in corners. Nice chap who did it. But when went to pay charged me £75! I couldn’t believe it. Wouldn’t have minded for top nosh job but I’m on disability benefits and tbh I’m gonna have to take it somewhere else for a better job. Very disappointing to say the least.
Fair price, but tend to skimp work when busy. Went again Friday, whole job poor, only soaped one side of the car, windscreen still covered in fly spots, as was roof & bonnet. Pointed this out but staff member shrugged shoulders & started to walk away. Very dissatisfied so went back & asked them to wash it properly. Refused to do it so asked for money back. Refunded and told not to go back. Don't worry, there is no chance we will. Compared to the hand wash near the football club in Shaftesbury, Hasi isn't worth £1 let alone £... read more
Came here on Sunday , never again, I washed a guys miss so many parts of the car in front of us , then our turn ive never had a car "cleaned" so quick. We asked for the inside to be cleaned they hoovers that was all I know this as my child had dirty shoes the other day and left marks on the back on the passenger seat... still their , still dirt under the mats and the smear makes and patches missed on the car is horrendous we have a black car so now looks worse than when we brought it in £25 literally straight down the drain ... read more
Imagine this, a relative who has experienced a health problem and can no longer drive very kindly gifted us a car, the inside of the car was in need of a deep clean due to mud and dog hair as the previous owner had dogs. So I visited this business who advertise full valet services and asked for a full deep clean. The operator viewed this inside of the car and laughed repeatedly then said "no sorrybits too dirty" and walked away still laughing. Absolute shambles of a company and offensive at the same time, avoid!
