Had a good experience here today. Staff was friendly and informative on what I needed. Will go out of their way to help. Good sized store with upstairs area too not sure if there is a lift it wasn't visible. Good amount of parking at the retail park with ample disabled spaces.
Rude staff. I was picking up a Christmas furniture gift I'd bought for my mum and I was with my mum at the time, we were treated like children. Told it would not fit in car and that they closed in 1hr so good luck! Anyway it did fit as I had already measured it and we didn't get left outside a locked up store, stuck. Thanks Harveys of Wakefield for giving that little extra customer service at Christmas! Made us feel really special after spending £800 with you.
