Purchased a beautiful corner sofa and arm chair with electric recliner and usb ports.excellent price and were able to take home same day as the store was closing.i have used Harvey's in the past and the quality is always excellent.
Well its nice to that Billy Smarts circus has found a place to stay because this place is full of clowns... the customer service email has been closed down so dont bother trying to chase your order up, it just bounces back.. the lead times should be treated more like best guess,, we have been waiting over 7 months for a chair... which was ordered in January and supposed to be delivered in March.. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM... save your time... go anywhere but here.... I dont blame the sales staff, they dont control the pr... read more
If it were possible to leave a minus review I would, however, credit where credit is due... the main sofa that landed is brilliant,, very comfy blarr blarr blarr.. however we ordered a leather chair as well.. we were given a delivery date of the end of March, very early April... now its June.... that would be 6months since placing the order... Save yourself the stress, dont bother ordering from these guys... the customer service is nothing short of a joke.. like I say... nice sofa, bad service.... its never their fault... pa... read more
