Well unfortunately, we didn't even get the chance to work with them. We were recommended by a friend and we needed help with a power of attorney. I scheduled a call about two weeks for today at 12.00 and we were told they would send us the video link for our initial chat. We did not receive the link and so we called earlier today and the receptionist said "yes the would send prior to our appointment". Alas, that didn't happen and therefore we have little confidence.
