Awful. They make many, many mistakes and when you try to point out said mistakes, rather than own up and apologise, they deny it and refuse to accept they have made any mistakes. They can't even do simple maths.
Great solicitors - used for a house purchase 6 years ago and now using again. Good service, reasonable prices, always contactable, easy to deal with and efficient. Big thumbs up from me :)
