I purchased a car site unseen, Zack and Drilion were great up front until I sent my $10,000 Cashiers Check. I have now been trying for over a month to get a contact, number account number to whoever has my loan (I HAVE NO CLUE) I feel like someone is going to show up and tow my car! They didn't send required title docs to the State of Ohio for me to transfer my temp tags, that was a night mare that I HANDLED to get results. I found the staff very helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and fun to deal with. Overall very pleasant dealing with them. Haven't had any follow up service done, but will soon, hopefully service is what they promise.
