Went to Harvard Ford for an oil change on my F350 King Ranch pick up. Arrived for my appointment. Was able to pull right in. I was met by a female service writer. She was very pleasent, and greeted me right away. She took down my information and concerns and said it should take less than an hour. I hardly got settled in the waiting area when Gene, the service manager said I was good to go. We chatted for a couple minutes, and I was in and out in less than a hour. What more could you ask for !
Just bought our second car from Harvard Ford. Customer Service is great, and they make the whole experience enjoyable and easy. Bob found the car we wanted and got us in and out quickly. Between this and their great vehicle service guys (I'm looking at you, Doug) I feel like we've found people we can trust with our vehicles, and who actually care about us. Thank you!
