I had a bad service, I wanted to buy a truck, but i wanted to talk to someone whom can speak Spanish I called like 5 times and they told me they will call me back and they never did. I drive like almost two hours and they supposedly couldn’t find the truck we wanted to see, I felt like some racism in that place.
Alex did a great job showing and selling me the 2016 F350 I purchased from Harvard Ford. The truck does what its' supposed to do, and aside from several large drops of glue or sap on the grill, hood and roof, it was pretty well detailed. What happened after the sale is why I do not recommend your dealership. I purchased the truck on May 7th. I traded in my F150 and wrote a check to pay the remaining balance that included the payoff of my trade in. No financing was needed. O...Continue Reading

My husband and I just finished our first car buying experience with Harvard Ford and we’re BLOWN AWAY by the service we received. Sean Sivore and Alex Mercado were honest from the start and SO easy to work with. We made the deal via email and phone and they had the truck delivered to my door (almost and hour away) the next day. My husband and I have purchased almost 30 cars together and Harvard Ford will have our business from now on.
I saw a car online that I wanted to test drive. I spent my time with Bob McQueeney and Alex Bryant. Both of them were very friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. Other dealerships hand you the keys and tell you to test drive the car. When I went outside, Alex had the hood open, all the doors open, and the trunk open, so I could see the car inside and out. Me and my husband just recently came to Harvard ford to look at a car we saw online just to look. Needless to say we were shown the car by Alex and he really hit it off with us. He knew what he was talking about, he kept us engaged with the car and with a conversation. The manager was super nice and made sure we were going to leave with a car that was safe for our newborn!
