They honestly don't even deserve this one star. We bought a car there and yes we signed an "as is" form BUT we were under the impression that this car was perfect and nothing wrong with it. It's a great car they said. Little did we know that within 24 hours it would break down. We said no twice but they were so eager to get it out of there. All they cared about was their pay day. I bought a Ford C-Max SEL from Harvard Ford last March and took delivery late May. I must say they treated me like a king. Always took the best care of any trouble or concerns I had. Nice reasonable sales staff and service personal. I am very pleased and have recomended Harvard Ford as a good place to do business.

harvard ford dealer – i would never recomend the new or used dealers to any one.they do not do as they say they will. never keep promises. i have never been so disapointed in a car dealer ship as the harvard ford and chevy dealer. my husband bought a ford ranger only have had it a week or two called them with a problem they said they would call back never did ,never even tryed to help.kept promising to call to resolve the problem but lied. didnt do anything.havnt had the veichle for even a year and now its in the shop for a ... read more
