My neighbor dragged me here after going to several other Ford dealerships to see if they could get me out of my Escape and put me into an Explorer without adding to my monthly payment. Everywhere else laughed me out of the dealership. Then I met Bruce. Within 3 hours he was able to not only find me an Explorer, but he found me the red one I had been dreaming of and took my Escape and kept my payment exactly the same with 0% interest!!! Great experience last Thursday. Bob called me back after he figured out if they had a car with all of the things we wanted in a car. We went that night, Anthony and Bob helped, and the experience was wonderful. No pressure or salesperson antics at all. Thank you very much and we drove off with a new car.
Anthony helped us trade our Ford truck for an Escape that was the perfect fit. He was extremely genuine during the whole process & turned a dreaded dealership visit into a really great experience. While we were waiting for paperwork to process, we played card games and everything was so stress-free. We were honestly surprised about how great the visit to Harvard Ford was. I would highly recommend them & Anthony to anyone :)
