Neighbors are great and location is ideal for me. Staff is fast in response to any issues. Lawn and grounds are well maintained. Rent is reasonable for a studio apartment.

We are beginning our 12th year at Harvard Apartments. This alone should be adequate testimony as to our feelings and attitude toward our chosen place of residence. This apartment is fairly priced and generally quiet. Maintenance requests are completed in a timely manner. Goshia is our resident manager. She is smart, savvy and helpful. She confronts problem head on with fairness and compassion.
Dan R. I have been renting for almost four years and have recently renewed my lease. I love it here. It is quiet, I don't hear traffic or dogs barking. The Property Manager and staff here are wonderful and react to any problem I may have. I have only had to call maintenance one time, and they were very friendly and motivated to get my problem fixed, and in a hurry. I highly recommend The Wooten Company.
