Flipping peachy of a place! Stove was no problem for Office too update. Caution mailers are afforded when construction pitfalls are assemble. Let alone the fetal feel of yet a lagging economy in its infancy. Proof in the pudding come check it out...
I just renewed my lease for Harvard Apartments. It's a lovely and quiet place to live. I truly have no complaints. The property manager Gosia is a Gem! She goes above and beyond to look after us tenants. I highly recommend and I Love it here!!
If you want a fairly quiet area to live, in Springfield.. this would be the place. It's nice and quiet for the most part.
Quiet convenient and a great location. The rent is affordable and the deposit less than most places. Located behind Bass Pro it is easy to get anywhere on the south side and only minutes from Missouri University or downtown.
Harvard Apts are clean and quiet, in an established neighborhood off major roads but close to businesses, gas and laundry mats. Lots of people have pets with bond and monthly pet rent. On/off road parking. Older Apts with large living room and bedroom in one bed/one bath. Perfect for Singles/couples / retirees. Just renewed my lease despite sizeable rent increase on fixed income.
I really enjoy the quiet place I live at and it is not very far away from work that's super good. Everything is super close and near so that makes it easier!

This is a great place to live! Its a quit area tucked back behind bass pro!Close to downtown if your wanting to go to clubs or just try a new place to eat! so many options to chose from its only 10 min from the mall and 7 min to the library& gym! The units are very clean and maintenance is always on top of anything you need! I have never had a problem with them! The apartment manger is very nice and welcoming! We have lived here for three years and still love it! The apartment manager is awesome and her accent is adorable!
