I have lived at Harvard Apts. since 2022.......I love it here!! The area is residential and very quiet, but close to everything...alot within walking distance. It is homey and safe. The manager is fabulous and takes good care of all of us!
I just signed my 3rd year here at Harvard due to the comfort, cleanliness and customer service. The location is absolutely perfect for a stroll or getting around town. My neighbors are quiet, maintenance is always on top of any requests and the manager is wonderful if you ever have any questions. Highly recommended if you’re looking for something affordable, clean and cozy!!

Living the the middle of Springfield has many benefits. Less than two away you will find hospitals, many restaurants, DMV, grocery store and even Walmart. After six years I am very satisfied with my apartment and the pleasant way the Manager Gorsia treats us.
Our unit has AC And Heat . Clean drinking water. Very spacious Storage area with shelves. In the bedrooms there is a spacious Closet.
Management accommodated to my asthma needs!
We just signed our fifth lease here and couldn't be more glad that we still get to have Gosia as our Apt. Manager! She makes apartment living a delight and takes any problems we have very seriously!
I have been a resident of Harvard for 4 years now. It is a very nice complex. It is close to everything. Right behind Bass Pro. It is managed very well. Very quiet neighborhood.
I’m resident in Harvard from November 2018 and I like the location and nice atmosphere in property. Staff is always when I need. I recommend this property for anyone who will like fill you are life in home.
