Having spent a long time researching and ultimately deciding on the Hartman, Monza pergola, a slight problem with the pergola occurred. The true test of a good company is how they react to customers who raise an issue. Hartman passed with flying colours. I would definitely recommend the Company and the product.

Really disappointing quality from this premium garden furniture company calling themselves Hartman outdoor products . We purchased our rattan sofa set and a rattan 6 person table set with aluminium painted frame 4 years and 1 month ago from Endsleigh Garden Centre near Plymouth. . Note the product came with a 4 year warranty. Firstly the paint on the table and legs started to fade after a couple of years which was poor but didn’t report and now all the rattan has fallen apart, as you can see in the pictures. I purchased a large Hartman parasol from a local garden centre. After one winter the cover ripped due to the corner of the square solar panel at the top tearing the fabric. I reported this to Hartman Customer Services and received a reference number on 23 June #729083. Since then I have heard nothing. Considering what we paid I would not recommend this product to anyone.

poor quality furniture! I’ve had to build numerous furniture sets from this brand at work and multiple of them had major issues. A table I built had such badly bent metal around the screw hole area, it couldn’t even be screwed together! They took down my trust pilot review as well, as they know I can’t necessarily prove it. Wouldn’t reccomend buying from them.
