I couldn’t be happier with my car buying experience! Mark went above and beyond, the customer service I received was perfect! There was no pressure into buying the car just real expertise and honest guidance. I would highly recommend Hartley cars the sale of my car would seamless and never felt I was pushed to make a purchase or pressured at all. I got my car with a warranty for 12 months and unfortunately my heater broke after 10 months but was covered under the warranty. The warranty company were being difficult in accepting my issue and paying out. I was looking to purchase a VW Polo for my daughter’s first car. After looking at several not so up to scratch ones with pushy sales people. We saw one at Hartley’s cars in Wigan. Phoned up and spoke to Mark. Mark gave me all the information I asked for over the phone, so we decided to go and have look. Mark is genuinely one of the nicest blokes I’ve met.
