Enquired about a property and was ready to rent had they got back to me for a viewing. Terrible communication and I thought if that's what there like now.... best not renting with them at all...
My experience was not great as I made several telephone attempts to enquire about the possibility of the agency managing one of my properties . Only to pass me on to several different people. One of the agents said that she would try to help me get my property rented. As they had dealt with the previous owner, prior to my buying the house. I felt deflated after making several calls to be fobbed off by staff. Finally, I realised they had no intention of signing me up to their management service.
