Conveniently located good storage unit. Had no issues with setting up the storage, nor with ending the contract, the staff was friendly and helpful. The storage area is nice and clean, all went smoothly. I'd use the service again.
From requesting a quote to store my belongings was really easy. Completed the online form before office hours, got the quote back as soon as they opened and a follow up call (which unfortunately I missed as I was driving). Called to the office just before 12, Shelley showed me a unit, explained the process, completed the paperwork. All in all such an easy process and very reasonably priced.
Receptionist is really helpful, got everything that needed to be done very efficiently as she knew i didn’t have a lot of time, could not reccommend enough!
Used to declutter garage & house ready for selling property. Various sizes of unit available which we were shown, much better to see instead of guessing. No pressure, just given all information including different offers available. Clean, always trolleys available, secure digital signing in & out. Refund at end of contract paid with no reminding. Staff friendly and helpful made whole transaction easy. Would definitely recommend.
