Excellent service. The doctors are very attentive and check your understanding. I've never had any problem getting an appointment and they always send reminders regarding follow-ups and checks.
I was a patient at Heartland Practice before I moved, and I can't recommend them highly enough. They were always incredibly responsive to my needs, especially when I had something urgent come up. Whenever I called, they were prompt to respond and quick to book me an appointment, which I really appreciated. The staff was professional, kind, and always made me feel well cared for. Though I’m no longer there due to relocating, I’m truly grateful for the excellent care they provided while I was with them!
