A big thank you to everyone at Hartland Way Surgery! From the receptionists to the nurses and doctors, the care and attention my brother received while visiting from abroad was truly amazing. Everyone was polite, helpful, and made sure he got the right medication and treatment without any stress. You could tell that everything was well managed and in place to help things run smoothly. I really appreciate the kindness and professionalism — it made a big difference
Avoid at all cost! Will change my GP as soon as possible as madam Lydia called me in for appointment to tell me “i have no idea why you were called in” . Overall experience is very bad! Only good for puting bandaids on stratches, getting toilet seats covers and tell you “no”! One doctor tells you one thing and the other one another thing!
