Completely unprofessional absolutely disgusting waiting room with people, coughing, and hacking all over the place. There was supposedly one doctor working, who was walking around, looking at everybody like she hated them. Granted, the girl behind the desk was actually nice. I did ask for my money back and I’m still waiting for a refund because I left due to the absolutely disgusting and repulsive waiting area, which was causing me to feel worse.. Fast friendly knowledgeable health care
Absolutely horrible establishment. Went here for an eye rash, and was prescribed topical steroids for said rash(specifically said on bottle not for eye use). Proceeded with using it, not only did it make the rash worse, my eyelid became infected and I got a chalazion on it from the steroid cream. Unqualified physicians to say the least. Upon returning for a worse situation than I originally had(I don’t know why I was dumb enough to go back), they told me to continue the cream, and also take oral antibiotics. Fast and very informative
I've been here a few times now, and the staff are SO kind. I get anxious when my BP is taken, so I ask for it not to be and that is always respected (it hasn't been at other walk-ins)...especially since I'm going in for non-cardiac issues. This past time, I had an abscess that had to be cut and drained and packed. Aldo took phenomenal care of me and told me funny stories as he worked on it.
