So here it is Monday 2/28/2022 at 12:49pm. No paper today again. Their WEB site says it will be delivered by 7AM on weekdays. Call them up and they say we'll deliver it the next day. We'll see.

Signed up for the Thursday and Sunday's paper, sent a check, they cashed and no paper delivery for 2 months now. Called the paper about 20 times now and always told the paper will be delivered but it has not happened yet.

Watch out! Their administration staff is deceptive and unethical. You'll be overbilled and when you catch them they will not admit or rebate what you are owed. Beware.

Total lack of accountability regarding ongoing service disruptions. No local number or contact. All service calls are directed off shore.

This business is an absolute scam, I don't know how someone has not looked into this. I am planning on submitting a complaint to the AG's office. We placed an obituary in the Hartfort Courant, thinking it would cost around ~$80 as advertised on their website. We were charged around ~$350 instead. As if that isn't bad enough, the Hartford Courant charged us the sum TWO TIMES, in excess of $700. I immediately tried to cancel the publication of the obituary to get a refund - to no surprise, it was not possible to cancel online ... read more

Better Business Bureau: I live in an apartment. Easy delivery for the newspaper carrier. Since July 8, 2021 the paper was not delivered 11 times. When I call I get the same old line “we’re sorry”. I am paying for a product I am not receiving. Again today, January 2 I have not received the paper. Who can we hold accountable?

I'm a long time subscriber of the hartford courant and for the past 2 years I have to call for no delivery of the paper. I'm always accursed of receiving the paper by 12 pm but never get one. I have to prepay for this paper but am very tired of not getting one. Please don't tell me to read it on line it's impossible to do do that is why I pay for a printed copy. If this problem is not resolved asap they will not only lose me but everyone in my neighborhood will be canceling it also. ***** *

I've been a subscriber for a long time, but I don't know why other than being a life-time CT resident with a nostalgia bug. It used to be something. Now It's nothing but sports (which I don't care about) and recycled ** *** ********** ***t stories. They must have only 1 or 2 reporters who cover local material.
