Went there with pain between shoulders when turning my neck, Ryan also sorted a problem with my lower back the same session. I,ve never had a massage before so had no clue what to expect. I didn't feel at all awkward and he talked me through everything he did step by step and why. Really great first experience. Down to earth, friendly and professional.
Ryan has got to be one of the best in the areas. His skills not just in sports massage but cupping & dry needling are supurp. He really gets into your knots & explains things so well. He's very easy to get on with & comfortable to be around. His help & pain management with my ongoing issues since giving birth to my son have been invaluable & il continue to recommend him to friends & family.
Magic hands is what Ryan has. I was fairly new to strength training and was having some discomfort in my lower back and shoulder when I went to Ryan for my 1st sports massage. I had a 60 minute session, and felt so well looked after. Everything he did he explained to me and I felt totally at ease. I was surprised just how tense I was in some areas, but he worked on them amazingly and I felt like a new woman training again. Will be back for more regular sessions!
I had a fantastic sports massage with Ryan! He's such a nice guy and immediately made me feel really comfortable. He took the time to explain everything he was doing, telling me why and preparing me for any potentially tender areas. He also helped me stretch out some tight spots, which was incredibly helpful. I can't thank him enough for the amazing massage and his friendly, professional approach. I'll definitely be returning! I would highly recommend!y
