A great practice. Not too big with a tight knit team of doctor, nurse and very helpful administration team. Thank you for providing a great service for my elderly mother.
Once a well run surgery, under new ownership seem to make things as difficult as possible for patients to see or get things arranged.

When you can see a doctor it's good, the nurse is excellent but trying to get through is almost impossible which gets you upset in itself or transferred to a mobile which leaves you there for a minute and goes in.The front receptionists are always nice it must be impossible for them as well with a mass influx at 8 and 3, why can't you just book like it used to be.
I like the staff here - always polite and try and help where they can.
