Everytime I try to book an appointment with my GP I feel like I m trying to book a visit to the queen elisabeth. There’s no way that they going to give you a same day appointment, no matter what and after 8.00 am they are already fully booked everyday. It’s a shame. Online bookings are closed from one year and when they give you an appointment (usually in 2/3 weeks time) they tell you they can’t help you because you have no symptoms anymore. I had a screening test back in August (it was booked through my GP, which is the usual process). When I arrived at the medical center for the test, I was informed that the result would be available within a week on my NHS app. However, nothing happened after a week, nor in the following weeks. I called the GP, but they were never able to provide me with a response. Today, two months later, I called again to get my results. I have been so happy with my service here - especially with Muhammad. Whenever I go in he is so friendly and both face to face and over the phone he is kind, friendly, professional and friendly and sorts out my problems in a matter of minutes. It makes having epilepsy a lot easier to know you have a trusted GP Surgery and staff available to you. The rest of the non clinical and clinical staff are also nice and always try to be as helpful as possible. I would recommend this surgery.
Have been going to this GP since I was a child and never have had any problems, the doctors are all really good. The receptionist staff are generally okay could be friendlier, however I had a really good experience with Hassan which prompted me to write this review. I had a couple of admin requests and he really took the time to listen to me and helped me with all my queries. Just called in to book an appointment, the receptionist was mumbling and when I asked to please repeat he got annoyed and replied rudely as if it was my fault I couldn't understand what he was saying. Not the first time I am treated rudely by the reception staff.
