I couldn’t recommend Ian and Sam more highly. Consistently professional, clear thinking and immensely helpful with all the practicalities and difficulties of selling a home, always shiwing a genuine kindness and understanding of all the processes involved. We had our business & residential units for sale with Ian Hart, and he was amazing! Any issues raised were dealt with so quickly, we were constantly kept informed, and Ian went above and beyond for us. I would not want anyone else looking after us.

As we were selling at distance and the property was vacant this could have been very stressful and complicated. Ian really made it painless and was a genuine pleasure to deal with keeping us informed and dealing with any issues that came up quickly and efficiently. Would say they are in danger of giving estate agents a good name.
