Ok so I admit I had forgotten about this bakery. I will never do that again! Stopped in on a day off and well yes I left with a coffee cake and a loaf of Limpa (Swedish rye) bread. Had an amazing visit with the ladies and made new friends! OMGOODNESS that bread is absolutely ahhhmazing!!! We have always had to go to Chicago to get a good loaf of Limpa. Now I know it's only 5 miles away! You are a master Baker my dear! Want to teach? Thank you for making my day just that much better!!
I ordered a customized wedding cake from Hart Bakery and it was AMAZING!!! Sherice made me an amazing ricotta strawberry filled cake with the best buttermilk icing ever. On the day of the event, my 2 tiered cake looked amazing and tasted OUT OF THIS WOLRD! My guests were raving about the cake and several had 2-3 pieces. She was amazing to work with and alway so accommodating. Sherice, thank you so much for doing what you do and making an amazing cake that was your first try. Great talent. Cheers.
The staff folks are friendly. However I was not happy with the cake I ordered for an important birthday party. The cake and icing was very noticeably uneven, and the writing on the cake was very sloppy. I will not order another cake from Harts Bakery.

The team at Hart was so easy to work with and nice! For what I paid the cake was amazing! It was great tasting and my only direction was to make it pretty and they did an outstanding job and the cake was gorgeous!
Very nice family owned bakery. Wonderful baked goods. Good donuts.
