After suffering with sciatica due to a work related incident, I went for a couple of sessions to help with recovery and I could not recommend enough. With a very welcoming and relaxing atmosphere, Harry was very professional and very understanding as to specifically where my pain was. Harry's extensive knowledge really shows and with such amazing prices for sessions, I will be coming back for more sessions in the near future.

I recently trained for and ran a 10K which did a number on my body! Harry really knows his stuff and listened to exactly what was going on and focused on the areas that were causing me the most grief. He also gave me some brilliant advice on stretches and aftercare to help prevent future pain. I feel so much better already. If you're a runner with aches and pains, I highly recommend giving Harry a shout!
