We have used Harry Moore Commercial because they are the accredited warranty workshop for Iveco vans. We have 2 Iveco vans and 1 Iveco Motorhome. Unfortunately, our last experience was very unsatisfactory.. One of our vans went in for repair, and Harry Moore had the van for around 3 weeks. Went and collected van and it broke down 5 miles away. We’ve continued to use Harry Moores Commercial purely because they are the assigned warranty workshop for our Iveco and Isuzu vans. Unfortunately, our experience has been consistently disappointing. Vans are often returned to us with the original issues unresolved, which causes ongoing operational disruption and adds unnecessary cost and frustration. Harry Moore Saves The Day .. again ! Our Iveco is our festival and camping trip van , we had a big trip booked up, but sadly it failed its MOT on some quite tricky to get to welding . But the team at HM pulled out all the stops, got all the work done and new MOT , less than they estimated (by quite a bit) AND a day early .. fabulous and very professional .. thanks to all Andy
