They were very courteous when I called to setup an appointment for my clogged kitchen sink. They even called earlier than my scheduled appointment time because they had an opening. Hristiyan was on time and listened to my explanation of the problem. He gave me the options of how to fix the problem and what they entailed. My drain was cleared cleanly and in a reasonable time. I will be using this company in the future.

From the moment I called, Hristiyan answered the phone promptly and professionally and in a little over an hour Hristiyan showed up and spent 3 hours cleaning out the clog in our old commercial plumbing. They did it after hours so it didn't disrupt our business. They left the facility so clean you wouldn't even know there was a problem 4+ hours ago. Thanks again guys.

We called Harrow Plumbing on a Saturday because we had a leak in our water softener and could not figure out how to fix it ourselves. The Harrow Plumbing team was super responsive and Ruben was out there within the exact window they said he would be. He was very professional and talked us through how he was going to fix it. He stuck around for a little bit after, too, to make sure the pressure in our water softener was working well and there were no other leaks.
