Not the best start but in the end got my diagnosis and a way forward.
Impossible to reach this service (both through email and number). I also had issues during my appointment that I've been unable to discuss due to them being impossible to reach out too. I'm leaving this review in hopes that they will see it and reach out to me with updates on my referral.
Edit, Sept 2025: I sent a complaint to Harrow Health over three months ago and I’m still waiting for a proper response. The only communication I’ve had is a holding message, with no meaningful update or resolution. The assessment itself was very poor, and the lack of follow-up has only made matters worse.
