Relatively quick in terms of getting an appointment, takes some time when being referred but that's to be expected and given the short wait time it's worth it, especially with how good the appointments are.
Assessed and diagnosed with ADHD. The clinician was great, but communication from them is absolutely appalling. No response to any emails, do not answer the phone and haven't even had the courtesy to respond to a formal complaint. ABSOLUTE CLOWNS.....GO ELSEWHERE FOR ADHD CARE
They seem to be giving out diagnosis, rather than assessing. Avoid if you want an actual assessment to know if you have ADHD. No follow ups or response to emails after assessment.
I have been diagnosed with combined ADHD by Harrow Health. I had a two appointment with consultants, and then another two with the nurse. She rushed me so much to make my mind up on what dosage „ I should be in” it was awful. She told me on my third appointment that is my last one, I wasn’t told how many appointments you get at the beginning, I got very stressed as I knew I wasn’t ready to be discharged yet, so after asking for at least one more she decided to give me one.
