Please close down this place! Filled up their form months ago sent 10 emails for update noone bothered to Reply back why not?! Suffering like crazy and they don't seem to care to reply to my emails. Lost my job in process desperately need to get diagnosed and get meds. Haven't been able to hold a full time job since 2012. I'm losing my mind and this clinic refuses to even bother replying to the forms I filled up months ago! (I attached completed forms as screenshot here and to their email as proof)
Due an assessment, getting absolutely zero response by email and they do not make it easy to contact them. They also say not to call. Poor experience so far.
I had a great experience with Mr Michael Curtis. He made me feel very comfortable to speak freely and be myself. He explained everything thoroughly and ensured I understood each step. I really appreciated his approachable and professional manner. I would definitely recommend both the clinic and Mr Curtis.
