I was interested in an S class from this dealer. He would charge high for what he sells and would offer peanuts money for your car. My S class was 20k miles more than his but the price difference was 10k ie he wanted extra from me. I decided to cancel the deal then. My Response: I had a Mercedes S class 2012 and you were selling Mercedes S class 2014. How dare you lie like this? Disgusting!
Brought an Audi A6 c7 advant last month from Harrison street motors, car is amazing other than needing a service as was over due and when I took for service found both rear springs were snapped and dangerous and warranty wouldn't cover as they said they must have been broke when I brought the car, other than that cars amazing no issues.
Have had the worst experience with this company. Will be taking them to court soon . Car faulty, no communication worst expire ever, rude guy. The list goes on.. if I could give 0 star I would have...
I purchased a Toyota Yaris for my daughter which was a breeze. Communication was top notch absolutely brilliant service. But when was on its way to be delivered the car was written off by a Luton van driver falling asleep at the wheel. Now he went above and beyond his remit in my mind. Within hours I was contacted with car replacement options. I never expected this. It’s always difficult choosing the right car but Ishy at Harrison street motors made the whole process so easy for me. Every step was fully explained to me and I was also offered a 5 days drive away insurance so I can drive out same time. I highly recommend Harrison Street Motors
