I have had no dealings with this company except to ask advise on a property, in Sidmouth to rent . Admittedly the listing says no dogs, but it was a short term let and I thought the question could at least be asked I found the lady letting agent rude and very short with me (well it is Monday morning!) and not at all understanding that we could be a client as well We come extremely well qualified to rent and it's a slight on the letting company to have an agent so off as you could feel her frown and displeasure at my question... read more

Having rented a property in Sidmouth for several years, I have always been very happy with the service I received from Harrison Lavers and Potburys. Bobby and Manda were always extremely professional, kind and pleasant to deal with. Any repairs were dealt with quickly and efficiently. I can't recommend the lettings department highly enough!

Our family had a very good experience with this company whom we engaged to sell our deceased father's house. They were always courteous, helpful and respectful in our dealings with them. We were in contact with various members of the team which was a bit confusing at times but the communication was always prompt and efficient.
