I had a fantastic experience. The service provided by their team was very good. They maintained excellent communication throughout the entire process, promptly addressing all my questions and needs. Whether it was a simple inquiry or a more complex issue, their quick response times made everything so much easier.
By far the BEST letting agent I have ever rented from. It's been extremely rare that I've needed support with repairs or similar, but when I have Harris has responded quickly and made sure everything was planned at my convenience. After looking after the flat and completing an end of tenancy clean, I received my FULL deposit with no arguments, within only an hour of my final inspection.
