Used them for our Wills, mainly because of the positive reviews, but we couldn't be more disappointed. Extremely slow in processing and delivering. Our Wills were delivered eventually on flimsy, strange coloured paper with overlapping pages. Not copied clearly page by page. For the exorbitant price charged really not impressed at all!
We were given a recommendation to use Ben Monksummers for a sale/purchase recently and have no regrets. Great service as he anticipated the questions/queries we had and would often contact us before we had a chance to contact him. Kept well informed and very sensible advice given making the incredibly stressful process of being in a chain as bearable as possible. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and will be using again.
