Had my first visit today at Harrell Eye Center. Everyone was wonderful. Most thorough eye exam I have ever had! Dr Barnwell was very friendly, very knowledgeable, and appreciative of me as her patient. How refreshing and a completely different experience from another eye doctor for my daughter yesterday where I left angry due to office staff.
What an awesome place!! It was my first time there and everyone was professional and friendly!! Got a same day appointment which was important to me. Will definitely do business with them again!! Staff was very knowledgeable and caring!! I didn’t feel rushed through like other places I have been to. Definitely recommend going to them!! Thank you Harrel Eyecare!!
Very professional and very thorough I have found my new eye doctor.
Everyone at the front desk were very sweet and professional with check in and check out. Amber was extremely helpful with my kids and myself. Dr. Phillips was great but Tammy who took two of my kids with her to get started was very rude and abrasive. Next year when its time for exams I will make sure she is not involved. Very unprofessional woman.
Great service! Professional staff. Short wait times and I love their use of technology! I recommend Harrel Eyecare!
