Dr. Harrel'sstaff is very friendly and knowledgeable. However their prices for glasses are HIGH. I understand they need to make money but wow! I can pay $130 out of pocket for 4 pair of glasses at Eyemart Express- 2 pair each for my adult son and me- than what they wanted out of pocket for just my son's glasses after the $200 our insurance will pay towards glasses. again, Barrel Eye Care is wonderful for eye exams.
Waste of time and money with the Harvard and 45 location. Thanks for just basically stealing my $100 because that was poor service even after a second chance. I won't even start in how I feel about how my 74yr old stroke victim mother was treated. Stay on these ppl if you choose to use their service they slack with detail.
The staff at Harrell is polite, patient and knowledgable. This year it has been a challenge to get my contacts' prescription right. We are still working on it! But they have been so helpful through the process.
Dr Harrel and his staff are so knowledgeable and great with all three of our boys. I highly recommend this office for all of your eye care needs!

literally the most thorough eye exam and the nicest facility I've ever experienced. mallory was a tremendous help and the front desk women were also so sweet. Great place with great prices. Doctor also listened well and made sure i was good!
They are the best eye care professionals we’ve ever used!! Super nice and know what they are doing!!
