The staff here have gone above and beyond to help me with my new glasses. They are extremely knowledgeable and pleasant! Their prices are great and their selection is exceptionally diverse. I can't recommend them enough. Every time I go I run into friends too, this is a hidden gem.
From the time I arrived until I left......Harrel South was far above what is depicted on anything I had read about this Eyecare Center. Receptionist pleasant and kind, Dr. Tiffany Harrel assistant Ms. Sarah very helpful kind and considerate and then meeting Dr. Tiffany Harrel professional caring doctor and thorough exam that listened to me, addressed every concern. A little bit of a drive but easy access close to turnpike..........A warm welcome is awaiting you!
I have been going to see Dr Monte for over 20 plus years and have watched his business grow by leaps & bounds. He has created a wonderful environment with wonderful personnel!
So normally I would never say anything bad about the midtown location but I can't say that today. I have a eye infection I called today and the lady said she couldn't help me as the doctor is out of the office. I asked who they referred to in cases like this the lady told me they don't . Apparently she doesn't care about eye health . A let down thought they had me covered . They let me down after nearly 15 years of doing business with them .
My 1st appointment with Harrel Eyecare went fantastic. From being greeted instantly to being treated as more than an appointment. Calven assisted my pre-exam and I felt confident in his abilities. Than Dr. Sayler saw me and it was fantastic. Not only professional demeanor but perfect bedside manner. Very efficient as well as knowledgeable!
