I am extremely impressed by the renovation work that Gill has done for my flat in London. She project managed the entire refurbishment from kitchen, bathroom to living rooms, windows etc end-to- end by using the limited budget I had to its full capacity. I was able to gain ~10% additional rental income post her work.
