I have never reviewed a dealership or a salesman when I have purchased a vehicle before (and I have purchased several vehicles in the past) but I have also never had an experience as pleasant as the one I had with Todd Bernstein at Harper Fiat. I’ve been without my car for over 2 and a half months. No one at Harper seems to care. Very disappointed in the money I spent and the lack of service and caring I’ve received. Still waiting on my car that was in an accident June 6, 2018.
If you are thinking about purchasing a car I highly recommend the folks at Harper. We purchased the car on line and the dealership did everything in their power to make the purchase quick easy and efficient. When we arrived to pick up the car our flight had delayed us, so they kept the dealership open after hours to take the time to personally deliver the vehicle and walk us through all of the necessary instructions. 10 out of 10.
Had a great experience! We drove from out of state and we’re very pleased to see the car in immaculate condition as Todd had said it was. Well run dealership!
