As all Harper dealerships, customers come forst. I've bought 2 cars from Fiat and 4 other cars from other Harper dealerships, with a Mini from the dreadful Grayson. Tom Harper and Shanna are the best. Fair, honest and second to none.

Today was my first time here for an oil change. What a great place to do business with. When I called to schedule the appointment I talked to Amanda who couldn't have been sweeter. And then she introduced herself when I went in. Dickey Jones took care of my oil change appointment when I was there and made me feel like family.
Just arrived home in my new Spider and couldn't be more pleased. Everyone I met at the dealership went out of their way to make the buying process a great experience, and Nick Orr was probably the best salesman I've ever worked with. Thanks again, and I will be referring anyone who asks to your business.
After a over 3,000 mile road trip from Seattle to Knoxville I had my FIAT 500 serviced today at Harper. What a a great experience. And the loaner car was totally unexpected. Seattle dealer could take some lessons in customer service from the team at Harper. BTW, the car performed beautifully on the trip.
