WOW! What an incredible car-buying experience! I worked with Nick Orr, Sales Specialist and am about ready to adopt him inasmuch as he has the same wit and sense of humor as my Sister! I was only looking, but Nick was able to put me into a fabulous Fiat 500 Pop, gave me a great trade-in value on my car and I was able to come in under budget for what I wanted! Terrific facility, assistance, and detailed explanations. Believe me ... if you are even thinking of a Fiat, go see my Friend, Nick! This car handles like a dream!!!

Bought a new 500X last Monday. Most pleasant car buying I have ever experienced and I'm 66! Peter Harris was my very friendly, helpful sales person. Made sure I was introduced to Service and Parts mgrs and General manager. Treated me like family. Gave me a strong trade-in offer without the usual back and forth games--so I bought it. Very Pleasantly Surprised!

I can't thank the fine folks at Harper Fiat enough for giving me a happy ending to a horrible experience. Three weeks ago I was rear ended by a hit and run driver in my light blue 500L that I had purchased from Harper one year and four months before. Upon learning that the car was totaled Harper had an exact replacement located and on its way to Knoxville.
