RecommendedI hate car shopping but my experience with Harper was a pleasant experience no hassle
I was there to get my oil changed and bulb replaced. I had a oil change discount coupon i received from Fiat headquarter but the service rep did not allow me to use it. He said that he just could not change oil at a discount price (just because the dealer did not earn enough profit!) I only had one bulb to replace but they replaced both sides. He said my car key was low in battery as soon as it got into service so he replaced battery which I was not aware of.
I have bought 3 cars from harper & always friendly staff & great service.
