RecommendedI bought a Maserati Levante a few months back from Tyrell. The experience was great! Tyrell follows up with me often on how I am liking the vehicle and if there is anything he can help with. I brought the car in for its first oil change and some detail work last week. The maintenance team was so nice and they really took the time to make sure everything was on par. I have nothing but positive feedback for this dealership. Everyone has been so accommodating and so nice! I will be buying my future cars from here!
My dad passed away 2 years ago. He was in car sales for 20 years and this was the first vehicle I had to purchase without him. My salesman, Todd, did not know this. Excellent service department . This was my first experience taking my car in to Harper Fiat . I had concerns about having to spend my whole Saturday waiting after showing up without a appointment . They addressed my problem , detailed my car and had me out in less than 2 hours .
Cannot say enough about the service department at Harper Maserati. Tyler Keyes rocks. He goes above and beyond to ensure your car is taken care of and that you receive the very best customer service.
My daughter wanted a car that she picked out all on her own. She did her research and found "Roetta the Jetta" at Harper FIAT and fell in love. They have excellent customer service and were very helpful. Thanks to Todd for helping to make her one happy girl.
