My advice to anyone is if you want to drive an Audi drive it ONLY within it's warranty period unless you own a Bank. I took my car there religiously for servicing during it's warranty period. As soon as warranty expired multiple problems started developing - here I was thinking it's always received a dealership service hoe can everything now go wrong. Is a great garage, amazing staff and dealt with me very timely
My experience with getting a service done on my Audi was nothing but positive. I booked online and before the service, I received a courtesy call confirming all details and stating that should I want to bring it in earlier than my booked slot that would be fine too. The reception was friendly and were attended to promptly. They never ever answer Answering phone Audi head office they should involve really bad
Have used now on a couple of occasions and the customer service is exceptional. Greeted and guided where to park upon arrival, efficiently booked in and advised what was happening. Good follow up with service cam, and then a welcoming pick up, with the bonus of a very clean car!!!
