Charged for items not used. Called took item off after bring it to their attention. No return call. Has screwed up about 3 oil changes. Always an issue with this dealership. LOOK at your bill....Will be in contact with GM regional manager.

I was on I-69 when in low tire light came on I got off at Angola and went to the dealership. They checked the tire, told me it was beyond repair, put the spare on took the damaged tire off the rim (which they put in the back of my station wagon), they told me they didn't have a matching tire (odd size) and got me on my way back to Cincinnati. They charged me Nothing for all the work they did and help they give me. I wish more businesses operated lime this they are very kind.

I noticed a few days after I bought my car that the was a humming coming from my wheel well. Their mechanic told me that my tires were cupped & needed a alignment with I would have to pay for. I took my car to get a oil change at a different place & the guy said he couldn't get it started, and refused to do a oil change. I was able to get it started, and realized that I needed a new ignition switch. I paid to have that done by a friend. My heat went out in December, and i had to pay to get that fixed. Went in for oil change and lube. I ask to have rear differential oil checked,,never happened,also service tech didn't seem to know what the coolant level was , had to recheck it. Thought they would put car back on rack and check differential..Didn't offer. Disappointing.

Came off I 69 w/screw in tire. Fixed & back on the road in an hour. Great service and even got a ride to & from We Hop for breakfast. Thanks all���

I can't say enough good things about the service department. I was out of town with a truck and camper and had some issues. Unfortunately I had to leave the vehicle but Brian and the entire service department were extremely accommodating and made a really bad day and bad situation easy to handle. If I wasn't a couple hours away, I'd make this my dealer of choice for al service calls.
