As a previous sales manager, I can easily pick up on a crappy sales associate who is bending the truth, just to get your money. Calvin, was not one of these, less than favorable, individuals. Calvin was great! He worked with us, for a few weeks, to help us get into what we needed, and after a few months behind the wheel of my new equinox, I can easily say that I am impressed. service is good but the wait was way too long. i got 4 wheel alignment they said 45-60 min i was there a few minutes short of 2 hrs& i had to go ask about it. no one came to get me to say it was done disappointed !

2015 GMC SIERRA coming back from a trip to the UP transmission started slipping.. went to Harold’s Monday AM they provided a vehicle and replaced my transmission. Service team communicated every step of the way and took extremely good care of me and the situation....they are true professionals!

Harold did amazing work with getting me into a family friendly Hyundai Sonata! So helpful & willing to answer all questions. My salesman Calvin was fabulous & the finance manager Justin was just the same. My mother had a great experience 3 years prior as well. They have 2 returning customers for sure :)

Have always gotten top notch service here. They check everthing not just an oil change. You can feel confident that when you leave your vehicle was in the best of care. Brian (there service manager) is a great guy and will always try to make you happy.
