HAROLD CHEVROLET HAS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! I took my car there for a new engine. 30 DAYS later (and 3 promised completions), I finally got it back. Didn’t even get it off the lot when the “check engine” light came on. A week later, I turned my vent on and HOT air came out. Turned on air conditioner, HOT air. I rarely do recommendations for businesses, and it's even more rare I give a negative one, but I was so disappointed with my experience here. Communication between sales and service is horrendous. 1st and last time I will buy a vehicle from here. and most definitely will never get any service work done here. The process of me buying this vehicle was not fun or enjoyable to say the least.

Do not contact them about a vehicle they are advertising! You will be spammed continuously! I was searching for a car through TrueCar, and the listing of available models included one at Harold. They contacted me with the details, and I let them know I was going to purchase another vehicle somewhere else. But I kept receiving text messages trying to re-establish contact. Well, it’s now been 16 weeks and I’m still waiting for copies of all my signed paperwork. At what point does a customer calling and requesting to get this sent to them or even copies printed off that I could pick up, does it become ridiculous? I just called two days ago and was promised AGAIN it would be sent. How hard is it to send an email?
